ABSTRACT
This literature review examines the role of accreditation in enhancing the organizational effectiveness of business schools, focusing on various accreditation paradigms and their impact on institutional performance. Accreditation serves as a mechanism through which educational institutions and their professional programs are recognized for achieving standards of quality and performance, thereby gaining the confidence of the educational community and the public. Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) pursue accreditation to bolster their legitimacy, reputation, and status, while ensuring public accountability and continuous improvement. This study explores the benefits and drawbacks of accreditation, addressing criticisms such as its potential to create a bureaucratic focus on compliance over genuine educational quality. By analyzing diverse models of organizational effectiveness— including Goal Systems, Resource-Based, Multiple Constituencies, Internal Processes, and Competing Values frameworks—this review delves into the complex relationship between accreditation and institutional outcomes. Key findings suggest that accreditation enhances legitimacy, attracts high-quality faculty and students, and fosters internationalization of curricula. However, it also highlights the potential for an ‘accreditocracy’ that may hinder innovation and adaptability. This study underscores the need for a balanced approach to accreditation that promotes both compliance and genuine quality improvement, ensuring that business schools can thrive in a competitive and rapidly evolving educational landscape. Overall, this paper provides a comprehensive comparative analysis of accreditation paradigms, offering valuable insights for policymakers, educational administrators, and business school leaders aiming to optimize accreditation processes to enhance organizational effectiveness.

ABSTRACT
This paper presents a comprehensive systematic literature review examining key areas in business and management studies, specifically focusing on organizational management strategies, leadership styles, and human resource management practices. Drawing upon 159 open-access articles published after 2017 and sourced from the Scopus database, this review elucidates how these domains interact and contribute to an organization’s overall success. The research suggests that effective organizational management strategies necessitate a holistic and flexible approach that embraces internal and external dynamics, including innovation and knowledge management practices. In terms of leadership styles, adaptable and emotionally intelligent leaders are becoming increasingly valuable in shaping organizational culture and achieving strategic goals. Furthermore, human resource management plays an integral role in aligning workforce strategies with business objectives, emphasizing the importance of fostering a positive work environment and promoting diversity and inclusion. The findings underline the symbiotic relationship of these three areas in determining operational success, emphasizing the need for continuous learning, adjustment, and evolution in today’s dynamic business environment. This review provides a rich resource for scholars, practitioners, and policy makers to further explore these crucial aspects of business and management.

ABSTRACT
The goal of this research investigation was to conduct pharmacological research on Ficus longifolia for a number of different pharmacological studies. Flavanoids, steroids, terpenes, phenolics, glycosides, alkaloids, amino acids, and reducing sugars were found to be phytoconstituents in portions of the sabre tree. Low ash readings showed that the plant material was uncontaminated, and low ash values that were insoluble in acid showed that there was no sand or siliceous debris present. TPC and TFC studies revealed that whereas TPC concentration in EERFL was low, it was high in EELFL and EEAPFL. EELFL demonstrated the strongest NO scavenging activity and antioxidant activity that was also directly correlated with dosage. There was no death in toxicity studies—not even at doses of 2000 mg/kg b. wt. Thus, it was determined that EELFL, EEAPFL, and EERFL had a very large safety margin and were categorised as non-toxic constituents. It is suggested that more study be done to identify and define the pharmacologically active components of the Ficus longifolia extracts EELFL, EEAPFL, and EERFL.
Keywords – Ethanolic extract of leaves of Ficus longifolia (EELFL), ethanolic extract of aerial parts of Ficus longifolia (EEAPFL), and ethanolic extract of roots of Ficus longifolia (EERFL).

ABSTRACT
Traditional plants such as Chlorophytum borivilianum Linn and Asparagus racemosus have been used in the Indian traditional system of medicine for the treatment of several diseases such as pain, inflammation, piles, toothache etc. The fractions of ethyl acetate, methanol and ethanol were tested for their anti-inflammatory activity. Ethanolic and methanolic fractions of Chlorophytum borivilianum and Asparagus racemosus at the doses of 200 and 400 mg/kg produced highly significant activity.

ABSTRACT
Economic reforms initiated in India during mid-1991 were broad-based and comprehensive. They embraced vital sectors of the economy and consequently, the policies underwent sea change. The banking system is central to a nation’s economy. Banks play a creative role in economic development of a nation. Banking sector reforms have made a significant impact on the performance of banks in terms of profitability and efficiency. Liberalization and deregulation witnessed in the Indian markets in the 1990s have resulted in a spurt in banking activity in India. Significant advances in communication have enabled banks to expand their reach, both in terms of geography covered as well as new products introduced. With increased competition in wholesale banking due to the entry of foreign banks and new private sector banks, the sector has led to banks increasing their focus on retail banking so as to obtain access to low cost funds and to expand into relatively untapped, potential growth areas. Present paper attempts to review the e- banking in India.

ABSTRACT
Improving land resource management and planning via the use of Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and Remote Sensing (RS) is the focus of this project. In order to optimize land allocation, analyze land use patterns, and estimate resource availability, the project intends to integrate RS data with GIS technology. To gather high-resolution spatial data, the research uses a variety of remote sensing methods, and then processes and analyzes this data using GIS tools. Using RS in conjunction with GIS greatly enhances the precision of land resource evaluations, leading to better decisions. More efficient land use planning and sustainable development may result from better land management techniques, according to the research.
